• The Triumphal Entry - "Say to the daughter of Zion, 'See, your king comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey."  Matthew 21:1-17, Zechariah 9:9 
   
• Donkeys symbolize humility, peace and are plain animals.
• They are good servants to humans.  Genesis 22:3
   
• Mary and Joseph's trip to Bethlehem.  Luke 2:1-10
   
• Balaam's donkey - God used the donkey to speak to Balaam.  Numbers 22
